1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and the size of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (Domestic).
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (Domestic).
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Noida, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Lucknow . We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). It may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues may cause delays. Feathers Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any external factors outside our control.

If your order is delayed for any reason, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a solution based on the results of the investigation.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. We will make every effort to ensure that your items arrive as quickly as possible.

For high-value items like LED TVs, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your purchase. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up.
