1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This includes all parts, accessories, and manuals.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Products that were on sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products without the original packaging or missing parts.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. You may be required to send the item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

4.Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited within 7-10days on original source  of account.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10  business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and contact us to arrange the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with photos or a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you promptly. We will either offer a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can generally be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item following the standard return process.
